Details

Yellow Belt: Basic but effective improvement capability for everyday problems. Generally for up to 15 attendees - the course lasts 2 to 2.5 days, depending on content and the previous experience of the delegates.
Green Belt: Intermediate-level improvement capability for more challenging problems. For up to 8 attendees - the course lasts between 5 and 8 days, depending on content and the previous experience of the delegates. It is delivered in 2 blocks of 2, 3 or 4 days, separated by a month to allow trainees to apply their learning to their projects.
Black Belt: Advanced-level improvement capability for the most challenging and complex problems. For up to 6 attendees - the course lasts between 8 and 10 days, depending on content and the previous experience of the delegates. The course is delivered in 2 blocks of 4 or 5 days, separated by a month to allow trainees to apply their learning to their projects. The Green Belt course is a prerequisite for attending the Black Belt course.
Brown Belt: Advanced-level design capability for the most challenging and complex processes and products. For up to 6 attendees - the course lasts between 3 and 4 days, depending on content and the previous experience of the delegates. The course is mostly delivered in 2 blocks of 2 days, separated by a month to allow trainees to apply their learning to their projects.
