Delegates are provided with sample (business) Systems Dynamics Process Simulation models which are theirs to keep and edit, and also key core model building blocks which are applicable to the majority of processes, and which make systems dynamics modelling and optimisation significantly simpler and quicker.

Delegates for this course do not need to be computing 'wizz-kids' but do need to be familiar with how to document a process using any kind of flowchart or process map, and have reasonable conceptualisation ability and command of logic.

• Systems Dynamics Process Simulation - Process Conceptualisation and Model Building: Intermediate-to-Advanced level process dynamics conceptualisation and modelling capability for complex and challenging problems. Generally for up to 6 attendees - the course lasts 2.5 to 3.5 days, depending on content and the previous experience of the delegates. It is generally delivered in a first block of 1.5 to 2.5 days, and a second block of 1 day
• Systems Dynamics Process Simulation - Advanced Model Building and Process Optimisation using AI/ML: Advanced level process improvement modelling and optimisation capability for complex and challenging problems. Generally for up to 6 attendees - the course lasts 3 to 4 days, depending on content and the previous experience of the delegates. It is generally delivered in a first block of 2 to 3 or days, and a second block of 1 day

Note that these courses requires installation of (free trial) STELLA Architect software if delegates wish to use their own computers for modelling but do not yet wish to purchase the modelling software.
