Details
  • 5S: Effective organisational capability for everyday problems. Generally for up to 10 attendees - the course lasts 1 day spread over 2 sessions, separated by a week to allow trainees to apply their learning to their projects.
  • Kaizen: Intermediate-level improvement capability for more challenging problems. For up to 6 attendees - the course lasts between 2 and 3 days, depending on content and the previous experience of the delegates. It is delivered in a single block of 2 or 3 days as a Kaizen 'event', with the focus on addressing a specific business problem.
  • Value-Stream Analysis: Intermediate-level analysis and improvement capability for identifying waste in processes and removing it. For up to 8 attendees - the course generally lasts 2 days, depending on content and the previous experience of the delegates. The course is delivered in 2 blocks of 1 day, separated by 2 weeks to allow trainees to apply their learning to their projects.
  • Statistical Process Behaviour and Control: Intermediate-level process behaviour analysis and control capability to drive ongoing process improvement. For up to 8 attendees - the course normally lasts 2 days, depending on content and the previous experience of the delegates. The course is normally delivered in 1 block of 1.5 days and one block of 0.5 days, separated by 2 weeks to allow trainees to apply their learning to their processes.
  • Process Constraint Analysis and Reduction: Intermediate-level process performance optimisation capability to drive process performance. For up to 8 attendees, the course mostly lasts 2.5 days, depending on content and the previous experience of the delegates. The course is generally delivered in 1 block of 1.5 days and one block of 1 day, separated by 2 weeks to allow trainees to apply their learning to their processes.
